Guidelines for Poster Presentation
Before your presentation
The poster presenter is responsible for printing the poster and bringing it to the Symposium in Singapore.

The poster panel has the dimensions of 964 mm width and 2345 mm height. The maximum size of your poster would therefore be A0 (841 width and 1189 mm; portrait format). We recommend the use of a clear typeface, with the text readable from a distance of up to 2 m. The title banner of your poster should state the title of the presentation, the email address of the presenter, and the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s).
There are two poster sessions held at 6:30 PM on 19 June 2023 and 6:00 PM on 20 June 2023 at the Poster Hall (Dance Atelier 2, Level 3, Stephen Riady Centre). Prior to the start of the Symposium, you will be assigned a session of presentation and poster number for locating the specific poster panel where your poster will be displayed. Your poster should be affixed to the poster panel by 9:00 AM on the day of your poster session.

Throughout the day of your poster session, attendees will be able to view the posters at their own time.
We should also make available your posters for viewing throughout the duration of the Symposium, via the Symposium app. Please submit your poster file, in PDF format with a strict size limit of 40MB, to our presentation submission portal, clearly indicating your Presentation Code (i.e. Session Code + Abstract ID, e.g. ENV3-0033). Your submission must reach us by 12 June 2023 (Monday) for the poster to be made available via the Symposium app. More instructions will be made available once the poster submission system has been set up.

During your presentation
You shall stand by your poster at the Poster Hall (Dance Atelier 2, Level 3, Stephen Riady Centre) during the designated poster session on 19 June 2023, 6:30 PM (Poster Presentation Session 1) or 20 June 2023, 6:00 PM (Poster Presentation Session 2). This will be the designated time for attendees to discuss and ask questions about your work.
Following your poster presentation, please remove your poster from the Poster Hall by 9:00 PM on the day of your poster session. All posters remaining in the Poster Hall after this time will be discarded.
