The 5th Asia-Pacific Coral Reef Symposium is an in-person event.

Registration has closed as we have reached the capacity limits for the Symposium venues. Thank you for your interest in APCRS 2023 and we look forward to hosting you on 19th – 23rd June 2023!

Registration Information

Included in Symposium registration:

  • Attendance to all in-person sessions
  • Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea and Lunch as scheduled
  • Scheduled tours and activities
  • Welcome Drinks and APCRS Night banquet
  • Name badge and other conference materials
  • Conference mobile app

Accompanying persons are only entitled to:

  • Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea and Lunch as scheduled
  • Scheduled tours and activities
  • Welcome Drinks and APCRS Night banquet
  • Name badge

Payment of Fees

All prices are quoted in Singaporean dollars. Payment of fees can be made by credit card or PayPal. All outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to the Symposium.

All taxes and/or bank/Paypal charges, if any, will be borne by the delegate.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received:

(a) By 30 April 2023, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid, less the cancellation fee of SGD 100;
(b) After the date referred to in paragraph (a), you have no entitlement to a refund of any amount;
(c) If the Symposium is postponed due to COVID-19, you will have the option to either roll your registration over to the new dates, or you can request for a full refund.

Insurance

The conference organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the conference. The conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.
