On campus
We have made available on-campus housing at the conference venue, University Town (UTown), NUS, for an affordable and convenient stay during the Symposium. UTown accommodation is only a 3-minute walk from the Symposium venue (Town Plaza).
We are offering the following special rate for conference delegates (excluding 8% GST):
For non-NUS participants,
Standard Room with air-conditioning: SGD 78 per room, per night (single occupancy)
Standard Room with no air-conditioning: SGD 62 per room, per night (single occupancy)
For non-NUS student participants,
Standard Room with air-conditioning: SGD 53.50 per room, per night (single occupancy)
Standard Room with no air-conditioning: SGD 43 per room, per night (single occupancy)

Room reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis and are confirmed only when payment has been made.
The closing date to put in your request for accommodation in NUS UTown is 31 March 2023. Thereafter, participants will be contacted via email to make payment and payment MUST be made by 14 April 2023.
Off campus
A hotel near to the Symposium venue, Park Avenue Rochester, has been engaged to offer event rates to Symposium participants.
Park Avenue Rochester is offering the following special rate for conference delegates (excluding 10% service charge and 8% GST):
Superior Room: SGD 190++ per room, per night
Deluxe Room: SGD 200++ per room, per night
1-Bedroom Suite Single: SGD 280++ per room, per night
Rates inclusive of daily breakfast for 1 person.
Room reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis and are done with booking form to be completed and sent via email to pareservations@uel.sg and fereen.tan@uel.sg
